Terms
Public beta terms.
Terms for using Navnia's public website, demonstration products and authorised beta workspaces. Effective 9 August 2026.
Not an emergency or clinical-care service
The public beta does not contact a real clinic, diagnose, prescribe or replace professional care. If urgent help is needed, use the appropriate emergency or NHS service.
About these terms
These terms apply to public information, demonstrations, beta accounts, invitation links and product workspaces supplied by NAVNIA Ltd. A separate agreement may apply to an organisation's pilot or deployment; that agreement takes priority for the covered service.
Account and access
Keep sign-in details, activation keys and invitation links private. Access belongs to the authenticated account or intended invite recipient and may not be shared, sold or used to bypass role, ownership or clinic restrictions. Navnia or an authorised administrator may reject, revoke or suspend access to protect the beta or other users.
Permitted use
Use the beta to evaluate the product, run demonstration conversations, practise simulations and process documents you are authorised to use. Do not attempt to access another account, probe security controls, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material or submit information you have no authority to process.
Clinical boundary
Navnia can prepare information, suggest codes and support configured workflows. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Clinical interpretation, diagnosis, prescribing, coding acceptance, safety decisions and action remain with the responsible professional or service.
Demonstration data
Use fictional or appropriately authorised information in the public beta. Do not use the public contact or feedback forms for patient data. The demonstration clinics are not real GP practices and product actions may be simulated.
Availability and change
The beta may change, pause or end without the availability commitments that would normally sit in a production service agreement. Features labelled research, planned, demonstration or beta must not be treated as an assurance of production readiness.
Intellectual property
Navnia and its licensors retain rights in the site, product software, product design and supplied materials. You retain rights you already hold in material you lawfully provide. Feedback may be used to improve Navnia without transferring ownership of your pre-existing material.
Feedback launch offer
The public feedback form may offer 10% off when Navnia officially launches. One offer applies per eligible person or organisation. Eligibility, product scope, timing and purchase terms will be confirmed before an order; the offer has no cash value and may not be transferred or combined unless Navnia agrees in writing.
Liability and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the public beta is supplied for evaluation without a production service-level commitment. Contact [email protected] with access, legal or product questions before relying on the beta for an operational workflow.
